Welcome to Booking the Lab
This site will help you book the OUTFRONT Lab for your meeting. In addition to scheduling the day and time of your meeting, you'll be asked a few questions about the kind of meeting you are looking to have and, most importantly, what you want running on the Liveboards that are in The Lab.
About The LabThe Lab was built to give visitors as place to see what out front is deploying in the NY MTA and other transit authorities across America. It also serves as a content testing facility for the agency and client teams who want to see how their creative will look before deploying in the field, as well as OUTFRONT's own content teams who work on original content programs and Transit Authority customer communications. The Lab is operated by the OUTFRONT XLabs creative innovation group.
- You are responsible for providing the names of all OUTFRONT staff and guests to Maria or Tina for 1500 Broadway lobby security
- You are responsible for arranging any catering for your meeting (and clean up)
- If you would like creative other than the above to be included in rotation, or if there is specific creative on the list above you do not want to have playing when you and your guests are in The Lab, please contact xlabs@outfront.com at least 3 working days prior to your meeting. You are responsible for providing the working files for any creative you would like playing beyond the Standard Playlist
